Advanced Reformer

In the Advanced class, we build upon the solid foundation you’ve built in your Pilates practice through faster transitions, longer hold times, and emphasis on progressive resistance encouraging deeper muscular activation while maintaining the precision and control that defines Pilates and your practice. Expect advanced modification options and opportunities to experience familiar movements in an entirely new way.

Extensive Pilates experience required.

Restore & Reset

Pilates Foundations
